Design – Your Project Manager will reach out to provide you a digital checklist of everything needed from you before we are able to start your design. You will then receive your first design draft.

Revisions – 2 rounds of revisions are granted after your first draft. Revisions can be sent via email or through your client portal.

Delivery – Once your draft has been approved, we will deliver your final files within 48 business hours. ( AI, JPEG, and PDF )

Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all transactions paid are retained by Brandifi and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. After proof has been accepted, a refund is NOT available on graphic design services.
